I think either the bolt holding the left blade onto the spindle is loose, or the cup washers under that bolt are flattened or missing. As a result, the blade is slipping on the shaft and probably making a squeal or squawk. Take off the deck, flip it over, and remove the blades. Note if the bolts seem tight. And look at the washers stacked under the bolts. Replace any missing washers, or flattened cup washer. Make sure the cup washer faces the right way (hollow side toward the blade). Tighten things back up securely - it takes a hefty pull on the end of a 2 foot long wrench to get enough torque.
Inside the motor assembly there are a series of nylon cogs , a large one of which interacts with a metal one. This is the most likely place you have one or two teeth missing from the large nylon cog that drives the shredder blades.
First, make sure the drain hose isn't kinked, clogged, or collapsed anywhere. Then, take the hose off the pump and using a flashlight, look into the suction port, looking for anything clogging the pump and check the impeller blades for any missing or broken blades and that the impeller will move freely. If any impeller blades are missing/broken or if the impeller won't turn freely, the pump will have to be replaced. Hope this helped and best wishes.
When this code appears, you want to clean out the filter and check the
pump. No matter how diligent we are in checking pockets and whatnot,
invariably objects end up in the washer. Things like coins, nails,
pencils/pens, and other hard objects. Sometimes these objects or pieces
of these objects, can make it to the pump and can clog or damage it. I
would take a flashlight and look into the suction port of the pump.
Look for anything clogging the pump and check out the impeller blades.
Make sure none are missing or damaged and that the impeller will move
freely. If any of the blades are missing or damaged or if the impeller
won't turn freely, then the pump will have to be replaced. Hopefully
the pump is only clogged.
