SOURCE: Boiler has quit working

Check to make sure that there is water in the boiler by either checking the sight glass then rocking the machine to see if the water level bobs up and down, then check the thermal reset switch on the left side of the machine above the element. Make sure there is water in the boiler before pressing reset and turning machine to number 2. After machine heats up make sure pressure does not go past 1.5 bars on the gauge. If it does then the p.stat needs to be replaced.

Error 036 Fill Boiler 1 - Franke Spectra

Hi,

Please restart your machine. Check pump pressure, boiler valve and the water supply. You can check the manual for more details. I believe it should be on page 9 and/or the table of errors.

Thank you.

I have a nuova simonelli premier maxi and when i pull a shot water gets into the boiler and eventually the boiler gets too full what is wrong

Is it constantly filling even the machine not in use, or just when your brewing, the pump keeps on running? If it is constantly filling that means you filling solenoid valve are mechanically open already. if only when brewing, check you water level sensors.

Cannot get boiler to fill

Sounds like pump is dry, you somehow need to get water into the pump. If you have a water flow button/switch try that.

Flowmeter Error

Hi,

Before you go ahead to check the flowmeter, make sure that the water pressure is OK.
I had the same problem with mine, it is normal for that message to come up if the boiler is empty, but has to go away once the machine stops taking water or filling the coffee boiler.

Am unable to prime water pump

Water is not being drawn from reservoir into boiler. The valve at the base of the boiler seems to function properly. After repeated attempts, I am unable to prime pump and fill boiler with water.

Push ok to start boiler

Try opening the steam valve before pressing ok.
This will let water into the boiler before the heat element comes on.

Franke coffee system, always same error message ''fill water tank''

What you would have to do is take the side panel off to get at the solenoid. It is probably sticking closed and not letting the water fill into the boiler.

Saeco Primea Cappuccino Ring--stuck on "boiler filling" mode!

Hello, I had the same problem, therefore the machine has gone to a repair centre. The problem is caused by a mechanical switch in the machine, that doesn't work properly. To repair it you've to open the machine completely, but that’s not easy. Because there is nothing broken you’ll should have warranty because it is a production failure. The solution in my case was to heat up the switch and push it a little together so that the contact works properly. It is the switch that you hear when you turn on the machine.
