You might have to put the DVD in the computer to install the drivers
You might have to update the firmware if it is not updated:

SOURCE: Nikon D200 Water Damadged

It can be repaired, but usually water-damaged cameras are either worthless or VERY expensive to repair. I should expect that yours is destroyed, since Nikon's D200 is not designed to be waterproof, and has many electronic and steel parts which are very susceptible to being destroyed by the infiltration of water. A good camera shop would give you an estimate for no charge. If they tell you that it is beyond repair, you might take it to another shop for a second opinion. Is it possible for you to claim the damage on any insurance? You might check with your insurance agent just to be sure.

SOURCE: nikon 18-200 mm vr lens not auto focusing on my nikon d200

lets start with the basics, try hard reseting it and try again, if that doesnt work then
try upgrading your firmware (if possible on your camera) and if that doesnt work then it may be the lens, but dont forget to spend a few hours trying to find a option for it in the meny

Have a d200 and having a problem getting the pictures in their true to life colours

http://cdn-10.nikon-cdn.com/pdf/manuals/dslr/D200_en.pdf
This link will allow you to download your camera's manual from Nikon. Look on page 35 for information on setting the color balance. Pay particular attention to the "PRE" setting at the bottom of the list. Using a white card or grey card is a more precise way to adjust color balance. Look on pages 39 and 40 for detailed instructions.
If that does not solve the problem, you may need to have a camera repairman look at it.

Have lost 10-pin remote terminal plastic cover on nikon d200-where do i get a replacement.

Hi,

With this link you can order it in the Netherlands:
http://www.nikonservice.nl/shop/product_info.php?cPath=28_29_44&products_id=108&osCsid=e65de02d0023cefe07db0b1edd4b986b.
It will cost about €4.50 and p+p. Maybe they can help you with a servicecentre in your country.

Hope it will help,
Bye

My photos are blue!

Hi Karen,

I would check your white balance. I would also highly recommend some good reading. The author Ken Rockman really has this camera "dialed in". I know he addresses that problem in there. You can find it here. http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/d200/users-guide/d200-users-guide.pdf

Have fun with your camera!
