I have the same problem, I've and a removed the Fuser Assembly and noted there is some worn on a plastic case by the gear side, actually the gear itselft was grinding it, some how the turning force was pushing the fuser sleeve to right side disengaging the fuser gear from the drive gear causing to weare out the drive gear teeth (it seems the the fuser gear is harder). Neet to change the drive gear.
I think your cartridge is jam, check or replace another cartridge in the printer

But can't locate the drive gear for replacement. Any ideas?
