I have musical key board Ensoniq SQ1+ it is out of order due to problem of transistors. it require 4 numbers of tranistors PCI12304. please help me from where can i get it? my location is in India (Asia).

In my opinion, due to the physical appearance of pmp4000 and pmp3000 look the same, it will most likely also have a common circuit and parts list (at least, most).
Usually Behringer (and all the manufacturers), with the same series / sequence, using the same circuit, the difference is the number of channels only. You can compare the parts list on PMP3000 schematic, with your PMP4000.

The "fuinny" side of an "unexpected event" is that 'ts some unexpected failure. No way to tell wht it is becuae it is unexpected.

Well, today it's almost impossible (Unless you find something on eBay or have this kit somehow available at your local former-Ensoniq lab.)
As I remember, the OS Came on 2 chips that should be installed on the TS-10 digital board instead of the current ones. I also remember that the ones that are currently on the board are marked with stamps on them so they shouldn't be so hard to trace. Please don't mix between them. And remember to do it only after you've unplugged the TS from the power/electricity and discharged any static charges from your body !!! Good luck !

The transistors you need are 2SD2560 and 2SB1647. (either you miss-read the D for a B or it was a typo) You can get them at: www.mcmelectronic.com
2S is a prefix on all Japanese transistors.
The 010 is a date code

Also check for open resistors from the base of those transistors and the dual emitter resistor (large white three leg resistor .22ohm)
