Kindly check the cable that connect between cpu and monitor.
Re-insert RAM
Input Voltage if not connected using UPS.

you can buy a power supply in ebay or amazon.. remember find the spaficication of the power supply and you can put a generic.. its more cheaper... with the same spec of your machine

Does your comp beeps when you power it on. if no then your motherboard got problem, remove your ram and reinsert it even it doesnt come then check the chipset big one on the board if it is getting very hot the u need to repair your boar. if you r in bangalore call 9972888885

their r a few possible solutions the first thing i would chk is which fan is on , processor or power supply, or both. if no processor fan, processor/motherboard may b burnt or . chk for loose connections.. if your screen image is black u may have fried the board, if blue then it would b a hardware issue..

Aspire AX1200-U1510A starts but monitor doesn't show anything. Monitor works with an odl Dell.

If an old Dell monitor works with your computer then that monitor has something wrong with it.

Try to plug in the monitor to a wall outlet but do not plug it to your computer. If it still doesn't show anything, then you should replace it. You can contact the manufacturer of the monitor. You might have a warranty for it. They might fix it or replace it with a new one.

Acer aspire x1200 - Will not turn on. When power button is pressed, blue power light flashes and fan turns on and runs, but nothing else happens. No boot screen, no blue screen of death, nothing.

that is a failed POST: Power On Self Test. Could be a loose memory chip, or could be bad video card or bad video chip.

You should be more specific next time - is it a laptop or a desktop computer, do you have additional graphics card, etc? I've already googled for a PC type. You have a desktop PC which comes with integrated graphics. It has two video ports onboard - VGA and HDMI. Which one did you try? It could also be that you have additional graphics card installed. In this case integrated graphics card is turned off automatically. Sometimes people accidentally connect their display to the wrong port - you should check that. It could also be, that you don't see any video output, because of faulty hardware like RAM, CPU or the Motherboard. Do you hear any beeps or other sounds during startup?

Nothing is more annoying than a monitor that refuses to turn on. Make sure your Acer monitor is plugged in to a functioning outlet. If it's plugged into a power strip, try replacing it with a new one or moving the plug to a different outlet. Ensure that both ends of the power cable are plugged in firmly and securely, and that the connection to the monitor is not loose.

Cable Issues

Your Acer LCD monitor will usually accept DVI and VGA inputs. If you have an older computer, a VGA cable should work fine. If it doesn't have a VGA port, you'll need to obtain an inexpensive DVI to VGA adapter at your local computer store.
