Hi,
This is yet another motor fault caused by defective components. Seeing a lot of these. Main motors carry "run capacitors" which are failing, so need replacement. A cheap part - but causing a lot of motor problems when they give up.
either the pump is not working or the discharge hose is clogged, if you have an air gap on the sink take the hose off and hold it down see if the water comes out by tself if so the pump is bad if not the drain is colgged take out the bottom tray you will need a 1/4 inch nut driver take the plastic screen cover plate off clear it of debris, there is a sharp metal blade in there so be careful, after cleaning it out turn on to rinse and see if it drains if not you will need to either replace the dishwasher or the pump, dollar for dollar new dishwasher time

possible the wash arms are not rotating - a common cause of powder not being taken. check by opening the door when in use and look to see if arms rotate. if not, then remove the arms and clear the jets especially the angled jets at the end which cause the arm to rotate
