I have one suggestion. Remove the paper tray and look in the port where the tray was. On top side there is a drop down plate. Most people miss or forget about this plate and the paper is usually hidden above this plate.

Take the Tray 2 out and check if all the paper guides are moving freely if they are than remove the toner cartridge and check if any toner sensor is not align correctly. If they are aligned correctly than next to the pickup roller there is a small piece of plastic make sure it should be hanging freely if it is than we need to perform cold reset of the printer. Switch off the printer press and hold down the go button and switch the printer on keep holding down go button till the time three lights lit up on control panel, as soon as three lights lits up release the go button and let the printer initialise of it s own. If that doesn't fix than Formatter Board of the printer is faulty.
Logic: If there is no paper jam and printer rep[orts the jam means either any of the sensors is not aligned correctly and reporting the jam or formatter Board(Motherboard) of the printer is faulty and showing incorrect display.

As i can understand whenever you try to print with rear door closed printed page should come on top from top output roller however paper gets jammed.
Solution:
Try to print a page using rear door open and it should come out from the rear drop down tray it printed page comes out successfully with rear flap open than paper gets jammed at top due to faulty top output roller.
However if the paper gets jammed at fuser with rear door closed than it is issue with fuser in that case you need to get fuser replaced at the same time replace 20 tooth gear next to fuser.
Hope this helps you sort out the problem. Please check paper jammed pieces of paper remains from paper in to out paper path. Check if the paper is properly picked-up, else check rubber roller pick-up and the solinoid motors that control to fed on and off the tray to engage pick-up. Check paper path sensors if possible. If you can determine when is the paper Jam happens please advice. Other means you can also refer your manual and machine diagnostic menu which part of the operation the paper will jam.
