SOURCE: Motorola T5728 walkie talkie freq mismatch

Unfortunately the T5728 is not compatible with the US FRS (family radio service) frequencies. The T5728 operates between 409-410MHz. The FRS radios operate between 460-470 MHz. FRS frequencies are license-free frequencies for use in the US, as regulated by the FCC. Other countries have differing rules and thus their frequencies assigned to family usage differ.

SOURCE: communication not good &battery cannot charge

If your area is big or has a lot of concrete, then you will need more then just a few cheap radios from thailand, Given range info from broshure is always meant above flat area - not inside building

SOURCE: Is kenwood walkie talkie and motorola walkie

If you are talking about FRS radios, the answer would be yes. If you are talking about business radios, it depends on how they were programmed. Business radios have many frequencies available.

How do you get the cobra walkie talkie to say the weather

Provided that your 2-way radio has the feature, there should be either a dedicated weather button or somewhere in the menus. Not sure what model you have. If it is a more advanced radio where you can set the frequency, the list of weather broadcast frequencies taken from NOAA are listed below. Two way radios are normally automatically programmed to one of these frequencies and usually require a push of a button.

Motorola k7gt9500 police channel in manassas virginia?

Your Motorola radios operate in the FRS/GMRS band, which is at 462 MHz. Police, fire, EMS services, etc. operate in the 150 or 800 MHz bands. Your radios cannot receive public service transmissions, and they cannot be modified to do so. Monitoring public service transmissions will require a scanner.

I just bought a used Motorola SX800R Walkie Talkie set, no manual

I went to the manufacturers website and do not see a manual posted for the SX800. However, they did have for the 600, 700 and 900. One of them should be very similar to yours here are the links:
