You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

I received the password and login number thru TA-ACIMMS but could not open it for Tata docomo mobile phone I have Idia SIM card

Create a WAP profile with following Settings: - Connection Name : DOCOMO (You may choose any name you like)
- Data Bearer : GPRS - Access Point Name : TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET - Username
- Password
- Homepage
- Connection Security : Off - Session Mode : Permanent
In case of the WAP 2.0 compliant phones, the following extra settings need to be done:
- Under Options : Advanced Settings - Phone IP Address : Automatic - DNS Address : Automatic - Primary name server : 0.0.0.0 - Second name server : 0.0.0.0 - Proxy server address : None - Proxy port number : 0

The only thing u could do is reformat the FONE w/ ur LOCAL system, that DOCOMO is from Japan and it only works in that area!

Run pc suit and add ur mobile device

Go to internet connector and add a network connection settings

Set name; TATA DOCOMO INTERNET

Country; india

Isp provider; TATA

Apn; TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET

USERNAME; BLANK

PASSWORD; BLANK

OK

THEN CONNECT WITH IT . mobile gets automatically disconnect and then connected with a long msg error.

Then close the pc suit

Now open control panel

Go to network connection in xp

Go to properties of TATA DOCOMO INTERNET

CHANGE the phone number from #777 to *99***1#

Then ok and connect.
