Here is a how-to for the printer, but I'm not sure if you mean the printer, or in a program.
If this is not what you need, let me know.

successfully print envelopes. For instance, in many versions of MS
Word, clicking
Tools

Envelopes and Labels
, accesses the envelope-printing feature. Other software programs will
differ from this procedure. Consult the Help menu on a software program
or
User's Guide
for instructions for the particular application.

Thank you Tom, you were a huge help to my problem.
have a lexmark Z605 and it sounds like it's printing the envelope, but it comes out blank. What can I try?
I am asking this question for my father who has a Lexmark Z615 printer.
He has been using this printer for quite a while with only the black cartridge and he has been printing both letters and envelopes just fine until last week when he replaced his black cartridge with one manufactured by Dell.
Now when he sends his envelopes through the sound is made like there is printing going on but the envelope comes out blank. He is able to print his letters fine. He is using Word in XP. I've contacted Lexmark Tech support.
The first time they suggested changing the printer Print Processor from LEMF to NT EMF 1.008. We did this but no success. The second time I contacted Lexmark tech support they stated that envelopes could only be printed when the Color cartridge was in place - which we know NOT to be true since my dad has been printing with only the black cartridge. Does anyone know of this problem? Could it be a corruption of the software?
