My headphones are not turning on - the red light is constant and I can't connect to bluetooth. I've left them on for days to see if I can run out the batterry and then recharge. They are still red! Please help. These are not fakes but bought in an apple store and hardly used at all. thanks

The headphones flash blue when u switch it on.If it flashes blue and red, it means that it is in bluetooth connection mode.So u can connect it with bluetooth devices by switching on bluetooth on your phone or pc.After connecting the red light stops flashing automatically and blue light starts blinking.Hope you understood. :)

How old are they and have you left them on the charger for long periods of time? The batteries are small and dont last long if they are old or constantly over charged.

The bulb socket for the left T/S and parking light is most likely not properly grounded.

Make your phone (I'm assuming) forget the S-9 and search for Bluetooth devices again. It will find it again, but it won't be paired. Press whatever button on your phone that makes it connect and it should work. I've been searching for answers and racking my brain. Finally, I just tried this and it worked! What a relief...

In order to use this headset, your built-in Bluetooth in your PC needs to support the hands free profile, audio and A2DP profile. If it does, all you need to do is hold in the power button on the headset until you see the light on the headset flashing red/blue, red/blue. If it doesn't you'll need to load it onto your computer. Once the headset is flashing red/blue your computer should find it.

A faster solution is to plug in the charger for a second and that will reset the led.

Yeah, they were quite well together i have them both.
To connect

1. Hold the switch button on the Free pulse until it flashes
RED & BLUE

2. Go to bluetooth setting in the T10 and add Headphones

3. Turn on headphones when turning on T10 should automaticaly connect.

SImply connect the headphones to a power source. Then press up and down volume buttons at the same time. It will reset the headphones.
