Blue spot in left corner of screen

I have the same TV - I have a dark spot in the upper left hand corner. I have always thought this TV was dark. Be sure to get OME lamp. Cheaper ones are not worth it and can damage your TV more.
dlplampsource,com--Just a note if this ever happens to you. TV would not come on in the AM-Had no picture, but had sound. It was not the lamp, but the safety switch. It's blue and at the bottom of the lamp housing. As soon as I flipped it and replaced the back cover, the TV came on.

catually is problum is related with blue lcd & blue polizer but first you clean the optical unit if the problum gon then ok other wise must chang blue lcd & blue polorize with uv filter plese contect to your nearst sony service centre

Hi,that's an issue with the light engine.Basically there's 3 chips blue,green and red they create the image on the tv ,when they start to fail you'll get those spots all over, mostly in the corners.God bless you!

Panasonic didn't release a 61" LC13, are you sure that you dont have a PT-61LCX65, 35 or 15. If your model ends with a 5, call 1-800-211-PANA (7262) to schedule service, they have a fix fuzzy the fuzzy colored spots they are covering under warranty.

replace both convergence ics.the ics are stk-110 ics.there are two of them.

you have a convergence ampliphier ic failing that will need to be changed and then adjusted
average repair cost for this are 280.00 to 320.00

It could be only dust building up and it needs a good cleaning or it could be the DMD board is going bad and needs to be replaced.

Sound like you light engine is going bad. A major problem to fix! Especially if you are sure it is a dlp
