Need to calibrate oven

Hi! I have a child care center and we own a Vulcan-Hart Model F60 range (electric). The serial number is 48057890UN. Of course we can not find the operator's manual and I need to know how to calibrate the oven.
THANKS!!!

The model number you listed isn't in the current or 'retired' products list.
If you find that F60 is in error, you should be able to download a manual here:

The thermostat keeps burning

Check for loose wiring connections between the t-stat and the elements. Sometimes it will melt the wires, sometimes it will burn the contacts inside the thermostat.

The pilot lights ok,the burners light, but after sometimes 5 to 10 minutes later both will go out

The gas for both passes thru the FMDA Safety Valve - in you case it's defective and must be replaced. You can find it here

Want Vulcan oven parts

hello,

You can get this part from the following website

The recommended fix is to replace the vulcan oven. You can generally find replacement parts at these websites:

searspartsdirect.com
pcappliancerepair.com
appliancepartspros.com
repairclinic.com

All these sites offer great service with competitive pricing, so shop and compare.

Replacing an vulcan oven is not a difficult repair and can be accomplished by the average do-it-yourselfer. If you decide to order the part and wish to repair this on your own.

please when making an order you will have to add your range serial number to it for easy tracking.

Thank you and thanks for using fixay.

I need to calibrate an electric oven

Probably. There is often a key sequence that will enable a calibration mode. We need the full model number to find the tech info, or you can probably find it in the tech sheet which is normally taped on behind the control panel.
