The "collecting tanks" the machine is reffering to is the tray that collects the used beans and water overflow.
There are two sensors at the back of this tray that make contact with sensors in the machine.
The metal senors on the tray most likely have come off during cleaning. We have resolved this issue by using a small amount of copper wire to replace the sensors on the tray.

Hello, we have the same problem with the machine. Could you specify your resolution? How exactly did you use the copper wire? Where did you it place? Thanks

On the back right hand side of the collecting tank you should see two plastic tabs. This is where the metal may have come off the tank during cleaning.
If you look into the machine you will see where these tabs touch two metal sensors on the machine. Note, there are two sets of tabs on the back of the tank, however it you look into the machine there is only one set of sensors. You only need to wrap the copper on to the tab that matches up with the sensors. You may need a torch to see the sensors.
In some cases only one tab may have fallen off the back of the tank. In this case you can swap it with the other tab as you only require one to operate the machine.
You wrap a small amout of copper wire around the tabs on the collecting tank. I used copper from an old computer power cable. When you replace the tank into the machine the copper wire should touch both metal sensors to complete the circuit. You will notice once you have it correctly installed the machine will no longer say "Check Collecting Tanks"

All the ink tanks are not lite up. I was in the middle of a large print and before I put the first ink tank it did not light none of the ink tanks were lite.

There are a couple of possible problems.

1 A faulty printhead
2 Faulty or empty ink cartridges
3 The contact pins in the printhead could be dirty, covered, or sitting in a pool of water/ink generating a short-circuit.

Check all the cartridges have ink visible in the rear ink chamber, check the contact pins are clean and dry, make sure the chips on the cartridges are clean and dry. If all those are OK count the number of orange flashes the machine shows in a repeating sequence. 10 sequential flashes often indicates a trashed print head.

I have a 1980 chevy cheyenne c30 454 dually. It has duel tanks. Carb is not getting fuel... Changed the fuel pump, still nada. Both tanks have gas, and engine starts when I pour gas in carb. Are there also...

I would check all the switching fuel valves. One might have gotten stuck shut or isn't working properly. Replace them as necessary. I would also check that the fuel lines aren't clogged or blocked.

Hello, this is what your error means: Ink tank not recognized [1684]
A non-supported ink tank is installed (the ink tank LED is turned off). Install the supported ink tanks, check that the chips on the cartridges are clean.

Sistem error1232

123x is a "sub tank sensor" error.
The Full and Half Sensors on the Sub-Tanks are defective.
The x in your case refers to Printhead number 3(light Cyan).
A tech is going to have to check it out. Either the Sub-Tank sensor
or the Main Board has to be replaced.

Water leaks when switching on machine ie by build up of pressure

There are many possible points that the leak can be.

All points of the water supply from water tank to the pressure pump then to boiler and finally to coffee group. All this are connected together with plastic or Teflon pipes with easy fit unions secure with clips

You need to disassemble the machine and work it without the side panels of course with extra care since power electrical cables are exposed.

In this way with a very good visual check while the machine is in operation you can identify the leaking point and fix it.
