1 open the supply,
2 check the ac voltage upto rectifire a
3 check the further dc voltage after the bridge rectifire


for
1 see if the ac is going upto rectifire
if not then remove the fuse that is covered with tape or if there is a resistance fuse , then take it out and replace

remember to change the fuse with similar value
2. if dc is formed,
check the filters and the diacs and diods in post sm transformer circuit
