If the drum moves up/down side/side without the outer drum moving, bearings gone, replace. To check for clothing, which I doubt, remove front seal outer section, look around outer part, to bottom you probably find clip, prise apart, front back, not side ways, refit sideways

Your drum rollers may be going bad (grinding noise) which will sometimes cause the drum to drop slightly, creating a gap where the clothes get caught as the drum rotates. (black streaks)

Our cloths are snaging between the dryer door and the front wall on the handle side of the door (left side). There so stuck that they rip a hole in them when we free them.

Sounds like you front drum support / bearing is wearing out. When the support wears out, a gap occurs between the drum and drum support, That is where the clothes are getting caught, Does your dryer squeak when running? If so, then replace the front drum support / bearing. Cost about $35 - $40.

Your drum seal between the drum and the body of the dryer needs replacement, this is what causes the clothes to stick and tear holes in them.

Black marks gets on clothes as if they're getting caught in something.

Our Hotpoint DLL2650 has the same symptom. A bearing has been squeaking for over a year. Now one of the drum rollers makes a grinding sound against the drum. I suspect the drum roller has come apart.

SQUEEKY NOISE WHEN IT IS RUNNING

A great number of dryer drums rotate on a type of felt material. After many years of use this material thins, allowing the drum to make some contact with the metal housing beneath - hence the 'squeak.'

The dryer is squealing and leaving burn marks on the clothes

Squeak is caused by a worn out roller rolling metal to metal - Most dryers have rollers, felts and drum slides to balance drum rotation:
When rollers wear off, black powder leaks to rear felts and black marks are left on clothes.
Same thing happens when drum slides wear off (black marks are left on clothes)

My dryer squeaks and keeps eating the clothes and leaving burn marks on spots on them because it gets caught in the turn part of the dryer, it is a hotpoint electric dryer, what can cause that?

Squeaking is the rear drum bearing. The rest is the front drum slide supports. After a number of years, these wear and need replacing. Without the model number I can't give you the part numbers that fit your machine.
