Use the wizard on Office: Word. use this template
I suggest testing it on regular paper and then over lay it on the sheet of labels.

Good luck-

Why does hp officejet Pro 8600 crashes when printing avery labels?

Avery labels may be blocked on your computer so check your security settings. Other wise you may need to refresh the page, your computer or the printer. If that doesn't help you may need to double check your ink cartridges are full and correctly placed, also that the wires connecting the printer to your computer are all in properly.

Printing avery labels on epson workforce 630

My Epson XP-7100 would not print Avery labels no matter what settings I used for the paper, weight, format in the printer properties. So I used the PRINT function in Word and did "Microsoft Print to PDF". Then I used the resulting pdf and printed it onto the label sheet in my Epson XP-7100. Worked great.

Does seem that if Epson printers can't print using the label file in Word, that at least Epson would put a work-around solution on their website. I had to figure this one out on my own. Although it is easy and relatively quick to do, I took a lot of time to come up with a way to print my Avery labels. Epson, get on the ball!

I have avery labels 06107 and am trying to print them in word but am not sure how to set up the margins

I suggest you go to the Avery WEB site and download the Word template for your Avery label. Use this template, enter your text and then print, don't forget to place the blank Avery in your printer.
You can download the templates from this WEB site.

Im trying to print avery labels but my printer does not have a setting for it

Normally support for printing Avery Labels is found within the application you are using to create the labels to be printed, i.e. in Microsoft Office Word or similar publishing programs. . . .Avery provide a Wizard extension to use in Microsoft Word to help you to produce and print on their labels. . . .See http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-&-Software/Software/Avery-Wizard-for-Microsoft-Office.htm for further details and to download the Wizard. . . .Note: You need to allow Macros to execute within Microsoft Word in order to use the Avery Wizard.

Do I need specific software to print labels on my hp office jet all in one j6480? I can not even get started. I have been unable to find any specific place through Hp help that talks about printing labels....

You will need software like Avery label or Microsoft Word in order to run labels. Do you have a program of this nature on your computer? Give me an idea of what software you have and I can walk you through creating label. As far as the printer goes, you just need labels. We can create the template you need for the specific label you are using. Would you please provide the label number you are using so we can create the correct template?

In case of a problem or clarification or my solution was insufficient, don't hesitate to post me a reply.

If you are satisfied, rate my solution with the "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.

Label printing (stick on labels)

Very easy. Follow this link...
http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-&-Software

you can download the free Avery software. Buy whichever labels you want. Then using this software you just put in the item # (the number on the pack of labels you buy) This software will work for any size label they make, and it will let you design & print them. I have the same printer & use the Avery Design Pro for labels.
If you find this helpful plz rate it 'fixya' for me. Thank you kindly.
