Hi there, the best way I have found to clean a deep fryer is to empty it of the oil and fill it up with 1/3 water and detergent, turn it on but dont close the lid, or if you do close the lid carefully monitor it otherwise it will spill over and let the water boil after about 10mins turn it off and wipe away the ****, empty the water out fill it again with just water, same again for 10mins, empty it and wipe it clean with a cloth
Hi there. For the best manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure, you can download owner's manual for your fryer at http://www.tefal.com.au Regards.
if you can't find one, make one.that's my motto.anyway, write the specs of you deep fryer and bring it in a hardware store.then, ask for wires, like duplex wires, that is heat resistant.then, a heavy duty plug.duplex type wires are two wires combined only separated by insulation, like the cord of your tv set.then to connect it to your fryer, just follow the cord where it is hooked, replace it with your new custom one.i say custom because you made it yourself.i hope this help.
