I have samsung es73. when i charged it an orange light blinks i thought the problem is in the batter i changed the battery but nothing happened

I recommend purchasing a new Dell Inspiron battery.
The code 4 blinking orange or amber and one green, means a defective battery.

it sounds like the battery is faulty. try a new one.

The flash does not charge separate from the rest of the camera. Try cleaning the flash sensor on the front of the camera or the flash led may be bad.

Secondly, this light functions as a flash sensor which is trying to tell you that you need to use a flash although you may have the flash manually turned off. looks like a bolt of lightning with a circle/slash through it.
