vehicle does not contain a fuel pressure regulator, it is controlled by the pcm and fuel pump driver module, there is a fuel pressure and temp. sensor located on the driver side of the fuel rail.
The fuel pump relay should be near the driver side fender or the battery along with other relays. It should have a dark green and yellow wire that goes to the inertia switch, a red wire that goes to the EEC relay, and two other wires that may be light blue and orange. The wire that powers the pump goes to the inertia switch then to the pump.
