Screen hello, the touch screen of my e335 doesnt works!!! i dont know if the problem is the software or hardware what do you think?

It is a hardware problem Digitizer faulty it is the face of the screen that takes touches and taps when it becomes faulty it partially work or not work at all pls try to update ur ROM from website if available and see if it works or try to factory reset ur device if it does not help then my friend it is the digitizer fault u need to replace it but it cost around 70 $ minimum if u find it worth changing go to service centre

pls rate me if find me fixing ur problem

Anyhow, in regard with your problem, we cannot do anything with it, the only recommendation I could tell you is to bring your PDA to a service technician to further check the hardware error of it especially the touch screen does not working properly.
