AFTER format I could find most drivers form IBM site but my Ethernet controller can not be installed I tried the software from different site but still I can not use ethernet or Wireless cause in ,Device Manager it is yellow with exclamiatin ,I also could not install the Display drive but its ok I can see but not Ethernet controller anyone had the same problem , or find special driver for bios or motherboard or something that can help....

You need to download the driver to another computer then transfer it to your ibm by cd or usb drive or even floppy.
After you have the eternet installed then I would visit the Windows Update site and run a custom update so that it will detect missing drivers and install them. It might not detect everything but that's a good place to start.
