The EA Servers have some issues at present across both XBox Live and PSN. EA are trying to address these issues - However it will probably be ROUTER orientated. What EA game are you having problems with - please advise and I will advise you of the ports you need open to play the game wiht the most stability

It will sign into EA's online service automatically with your Xbox Live account. This applies to all games that sign into an EA server.

My son has created an online ea account to play football on his xbox 360. he can't play because it is telling him he is to young. can i create another account..

Yes, you should be able to create a new XBox Live account for your son.

When you create a new XBox Live account, make sure to edit the date of birth so it is at least 18 years old. This way any and all restrictions on his online gaming experience will be nullified.

Hope that helps!

Trouble playing ea sports games online

Perhaps you are no longer allowed on EA's server due to possible conduct.
Remember this, XBOX & EA have very different server networks.EA's server ( needed to play online) are monitored very closely due to conduct. This means if u r reported or r monitored, they can & will kick you off, sometimes for a short time, but based upon offense, a VERY long time if not 4ever my friend.

I would suggest just based on a few lines of comment I have read, you might want to contact EA which are based in California.
Ask them about a possible sever reset on you account name.

If you be calm about it you might just get lucky for the reset, this is only
way of which I have heard to reconnect to there.

to play on EA servers you need to create an account with EA first. first of all. if you have an ea account then try to log off of it, then sign on again.
if you don;'t then try to create an EA account first

XBOX Live is "connected" but i cant play any games online because the server is always "Temporarily unavailable"

xbox live has recently added three ports for wireless internet.
if you know how to open ports (protocols) on your wireless router, then the following should be open (enabled) for your xbox 360s IP adress:
TCP
: 80

TCP and UDP:

EA Sports Server Troubleshooting, Problems & Support-PS2 online college football 08 cant log on i carnt conect to ea server it keeps telling me to add a picture to online server? how do i do this as it...

If all you really need to do is add a picture, you may be able to do that from http://www.easportsworld.com after logging in on that site.

I have not personally seen this problem, but that would be the first place I would check.
