Lg flatron l1960tr 19'' fliker - LG Flatron 775FT 17" CRT Monitor

LG Flatron L1515S doesn't need a driver to be installed on Windows Computer or any other systems. If you have problem with it, then it should be your graphics driver that you would need to install.
Similarly W1943TB-PF doesn't need driver. (I am not sure which one among the two LG Flatrons you have since your question is tagged under the LG Flatron L1515S while your problem refers to LG Flatron W1943TB.

Hook up the monitor to a working desktop computer. If you still don't get video or lights to come on then the Monitor is dead and would need to be replaced. You can also try anotherworking monitor on your desktop to make sure its not an issue with the computer.

I would look for bad caps and do some voltages checking first.

Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You should google this. After looking myself i have seen that it should play HD movies without a problem.

change all pressing keys..then press menu key 15 seconds for unlocked.

The LG Flatron W2241T does not have speakers.

1) Try monitor with another PC, or other video input than:

a) If works with other PC check your connections with original PC, be sure the Video board is properly seated, verify drivers are current and they are the correct drivers. If it still won
