I have philips go gear 1gb ipod. ...the moment i turn on the player i get the message "connect to pc and use device manager to repair". but i connect to pc the ipod folder was not open .i cannot do anything...can u suggest me some solutions thanx
You have to go to Philips website and download the Philips Device Manager for your model. Once you have installed it, run the Repair function.
