if you have xp you will need to download microsoft active sync from www.microsoft.com and if you have vista you will need microsoft sync centre, these will be the latest versions and should work fine good luck

Optiplex 170l motherboard to fit into dell dimension 2400 tower
Both systems use a Mitac Chassis, only real difference is the front bezel.

So one motherboard should fit the other.
