My logitech quickcam for notebooks will load the installer but when i try to use the camera it says that it is not connected? i try to connect it and it keeps saying not connected? please help

it is not a compatible software you need to go to the logitech quickcam site and download the right software.

go to the control panel and click on system..select device manager on the left..make sure your camera is connected..if you see any unknown devices highlight and uninstall them....insert your installation cd for the quickcam and re-run the installation...

sotware for cameras dont work for apple unless in UVC mode means plug and play. here is a list of cameras compatiable to apple computers.

Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
