05 means person number 5 is signed on. This is normal. No sale means someone used the NO SALE (NS) button as the last transaction. There is no error here. the machine is telling you that it worked fine. What happens when you try to make a sale?

What are you registering to or what are you doing to get this message? This would assist to know the process of what you are doing to get this message. Please let me know or maybe someone will see and recognize what these mean. Is it a blue screen showing this during an install of operating software. Curious? John

E3 is a fan error. This is usually caused by poor connection to the fan. Remove all connectors and reinstall assuring tight connection. This should remedy it unless the fan is bad, which is very rare!
