I have an HP deskjet F380 printer - error code showing but I have no manual to establish how to clear error message. Where can I download the user manual?

I had the same problem. I could print, but not scan.
However, if you open up Paint and go to file and scan, it will scan your document. For some reason, using the scan button on the printer itself will not work with Vista, but using Paint will. I also heard that using Windows fax and scan will also work.
