Tomtom does not respond to touching the screen. Sometimes a red X flashes on and off. I have tried to reset it. Makes no difference. Tried to go on the Tomtom website for repair instructions but it will not accept my e-mail. My e-mail is [email protected]

I don't get the point.
Doesn't your touch screen work, or TT menu frozen?
If frozen menu, then update it to new version or older version.
if screen trouble, you need to get TT touchscreen calibrator. If you don't know, bring to waranty.

Hi my tomtom go 700 will not switch on beyond the home screen, then a flashing red and white cross is permanently on the screen is this problem fixable ?

Sounds like you tried to upgrade and something went wrong.
If there is a reset button on the bottom or back that'll be your best bet. The red X means it cannot find the operating system but usually a hard reset will fix it.

Tomtom one touch screen not working properly

Here is the cal.txt I used for my 720

929 86 480 75

It is really close to perfect
open a text file put these numbers in save as cal.txt copy this file connect tt to computer go to explorer/aka file manager find tomtom drive and paste it in.
That is it. test it out.
