Tape won't eject on sony TRV11 handycam

1. I removed the battery. 2. With the power switch On position and holding the tape ejected I inserted the battery back on & it ejected the stuck tape.

Error 32:11 means, unloading mechanism time out. It is bit technical term.

its remedy is to remove battery / charger from camera and attache again and try to eject tape.

SOURCE: The no tape and eject symbols are flashing at the same time.

Those signs means Record tab on tape is ON, eject tape and check record tab and make sure to set it on Record position.

its a sensor issue indeed, may be moisture on dew sensor open the cassette door give a little mild hot air the moisture will go.

1. Per the manual on esupport.sony.com
- if the power is disconnected door won't open, and if the battery is the dead the door won't open.
Plug it in and hopefully you can get the tape out.

CCD-TRV32 won't eject tape

Its better if you get it serviced by an authorized service center,If its not in warranty then try for any local mechanic.If you try to manually open it there is a very possible chance of any kind of damage.

Yes - you will need the USB cable that came with the camera to do so. If you do not have one you can get an adapter.

Cassette does not eject

Either the tape is jamed round sound head, or the door is stuck with somthing like a handle of the case on side of camera, but sounds like tape stuck, run film backward a little (not forward) as more tape will get stuck in forward motion.

problem could be as easy as cleaning the video head and tape path making sure it a dry. video drum may be binding.

this is a tape transport problem. something is broke inside..samsung builds their transports outta plastic. they get broken easily
