Question about Amazon Kindle Fire
Whenever i try to refresh my email at the top it says authentification failed
If your email is being managed on a Microsoft Exchange email server, you may have an app that isn't compatible with Microsoft Exchange Servers. On the first edition Kindle Fire, this feature wasn't supported. Recent apps and updates for 2nd generation model do support it.

There is no specific email client on the Kindle so you can only receive your emails via the experimental web browser and using a web mail service to access your mail.
