I purchased a digital photo frame keychain and connected it to my computer, but the DPFMate software did not automatically download. due to this, i cannot download my photos. please help

    my sakar digital photo keychain is supposed to have the software already installed, except when i connect the usb to my computer, it wont recongnize it..

Same problem. Install process hangs up with "USB CONNECT" on the screen but no software download.

used software back with old Win98, then new computer to Win XP, downloaded update for 2.5 to work with XP.

that old then, not at all common.
warning
if you download an use Dpfmate from googled sites
all those are infected. vast. tread lightly or doom happens.
no CHROME OS mostly does not run windows apps.

Do you have a card in the photo frame??? most do not have internal memeory and you need to install a separate card for it to have memeory and be recognized...

here is a tip for cameras that may help... the photo frames are very similar...

Ok, I had the same problem of when you plug key chain into the computer, the display at first reads "PC Conect", then after about a minute, it sohws "No photo..Please connect to PC...Update Pictures.
Solution: I plugged it in to usb port and when it came up with "PC Connect", I pressed the 'M' button on the side. Then the display changed to read "PC Connecting", and the software came up on the computer monitor. Wha'la! Problem solved

I cant get pictures on my digital photo keychain...when i connect the USB it ask me if I want to open it in windows (its the only program offered) so when i click on it it opens a white box with 5...
Make sure you are signed in your computer as administrator.

DPFMate Software not available
After powerup hold down power button (just a second or two then release) to get to the menu go to usb connect press arrow and select yes. you should be able to explore your Digital Photo Frame (D.P.F.)as a usb storage device double click on DPFmate.exe It should startup manually then.

Digital photo keychain
go to their website... www.mscustomercare.com and they have the drivers and stuff there....The problem i have is that after ive charged it for 3 days it wont turn on! It works when its plugged into the USB but as soon as i unplug it....wont turn on!
