is make sure battery is charged i.e. the adapter is working and the connector on the laptop is not desoldered.

Check to be sure there is not a plug broken off in the headphone jack. Also, check for any inappropriate audio software that may have been inadvertently installed.

there are many causes here, (virus tops lists)
It can be many things,, bad OS corruption or bad hardware
like this.
first:
1: take the main battery out and test it like that on AC power pack.
but the steps are complex in this integrated PC, battery that I avoid.
so this is show stopper from non tech, no?

2: the HDD can be bad, we run Linix DISK tests on it,
smart tests and full scans on it from Linux
the BIOS hdd tests is first, if fails it bad HDD. BIOS HDD tests
are rudimentary so if passes this test means zxero to me.

4: if power packs good, battery inside not shorted
and HDD test work
Hit F11 and do a restore

power off
power key pushed, hit F11 like woody wood peckker.
HP recovery mode LAUNCHES.

See the bottom side of your laptop. There will be a slide button in the bottom of your laptop. Slide the slider in one direction...then your laptop battery will b unlock and then take out battery from the laptop. n check battery polarity. After that insert the battery in the laptop and then connect the laptop charger to the laptop and then switch on the power supply...Allow the laptop to charge for some time say 10-20 minutes and then again try to switch on your laptop.

Check the battery-condition.

Unplug, remove battery, leave battery out, plug in, reboot, repeat restore.

keyboards are cheap but I use this product called awesome buy it at any dollar store for 1.00 its awesome stuff or a new keyboard is about 10 bucks and try using a neoprene cover from now on there only 5 bucks on ebay
