i believe this is a range oven so has gas hob top one large oven a one small oven main oven draws around 2.5 kw on fan and 1.8 on conventional elements.

hi did you find a shelf as i want one too ?

don't know technic products but suspect you just need a bit of bruto force - back plates can be stuck in with crud that accumulates

both. element is usually held by 2 7mm nuts on posts from element base plate which are accesible from rear plate. element comes out into the oven cavity

I have a Tecnik Range cooke that was in the house when i bought it. The secong oven has no cover for the heating element at the top so everything I put in browns at the top. Should this oven have a metal plate underneath so that I can use it as a conventional oven or should it be like that
