Hi. I would suggest that you uninstall the AUDIO driver and install the latest audio driver on your machine. You can download the latest drivers for your machine at the Lenovo Driver support website at consumersupport.lenovo.com, just enter the serial no. of your machine and it will give you every software and drivers that you need for your laptop. Hope this helps
go to the sound option in controll panel check if your device is working correctly or not .. there is a big chance that it might not if using vista or windows 7 then login as administrator and then install the driver again...
