well first the screen itself is just that.. A screen. They should have sold you the brain that goes with it.. That is where everything plugs into such as the 2 screen outputs and the amp outputs it also has a A-i net plug.. From experience the brain is pricey.. That is if you can still get it from alpine. I suggest Ebay to see if someone wants to sell the brain to that screen. Hopefully you didnt pay much for it. My guess is $600 for the brain

neither of those units use fibre optic cables! but it sounds like you puled out the antenna wire behind the head unit. if you try and search radio stations without the manual tune on and it keeps changing frequency on it and never stops then its the antenna plug.
