Answer : Turn on the mobile phone and place within 10 ft of the headset.
With the headset turned off, press and hold the Talk button for about 7 seconds. You will hear a "pair" tone and the LEDs will flash continually to indicate the headset has entered into pairing mode.
Release the Talk button. The headset is now is "pairing" mode.
Initiate the device discovery feature (Bluetooth discovery) on the mobile phone. Refer to your mobile phone manual for further instructions.
When prompted by the phone, enter the headset passkey (0000). When pairing is complete the LEDs on headset will flash at 3 second intervals and the headset will be placed in standby mode, ready to make and receive calls.
Note: On some mobile phones you will need to activate the Bluetooth feature first and then search for the Bluetooth device. Please contact your cell phone manufacturer or the User's Manual for further information on how to pair pair Bluetooth devices.

Strat with headset 'OFF' then hold power button until light flashes blue and red or solid blue, then search for headset on phone, pass key should be 0000, 1111, 1234.
Look up on Jabra for your model number. google jabra with model number then a comma with manual after it. The manual was the exact match and directions were very clear.
