Illegalattribute When I print from my tax program, I keep getting a PCL XL error. It says Subsystem: KERNEL; Error: IllegalAttribute; Operator: SetColorSpace; Position: 6245. How do I fix this?

try to go to property then setting device button PDL and try to put pcl 5e

You need to reset your firmware. You need to call HP care center.

try loading a pcl5 driver instead of the pcl6. pcl xl is hp's pcl6 and some times has problems.

It is a driver error, try another printer driver version or use PCL 5 rather then PCL 6 driver,

Check your USB cable it must be HighSpeed or USB 2 cable.

Hi there guys reinstall the driver using PCL 5e as the program you are using may not understand the PCL 6 newer driver. Try this
