Have you tried to go into Safe Mode when the computer first starts? As soon as the initial Dell splash screen is displayed, start tapping the F8 key. A start-up menu will eventually be shown. Use the down arrow key to highlight Safe Mode at the top of the menu and then press <enter>. The computer should start in Safe Mode. It will take a short time. Once it has started, a window will come up telling you that it is in safe mode. Read the message carefully. If you click OK, you will go into Safe Mode. If you click Cancel, you will be able to do a system restore. Click Cancel and follow the process for a system restore. Restore to a date before you did the downloading. It is a pretty straight forward process. The computer will go through the restore process and restart when it is finished.

Here you will get the
details of the driver software you want to download and also with the
'Download' button on the right hand side.
Just chose the
software and click on 'Download' button to download the exe file to your PC.
Here you will be asked to select location for download. Chose a preferable
location that is easy for you to access. Now after the download double click on
the exe file to install the driver software and reboot your system.
If you are using Windows 7 then you need to download all the three options.
1) Windows 7 Drivers.
2)Karbonn Phone suite
3)Karbonn Phone suite USB driver
and install all the three drivers. Now if you are not running Windows 7 then only Download 2 and 3 and install the same and start working.
