Question about StarTech.com StarView SV211K 2-port KVM Switch
If you got the box from NTL direct, simply call their customer support and they will rectify the issue with a working day - 2 max. If the set top box is not from NTL, I recommend a shop down in Meath Street (Off Thomas Street) where you could get the software setup for I think 50 Euros. You can also get all the cannels offered by NTL (subscribed or not). Just change your NTL plan to the basic package and enjoy all the channels for free for life! They never charge you again, and you are welcome to free software updates forever. Its located towards the end of Meath Street, next to a chipper..
Cheers!
