Question about Philips Magnavox 51MP392H Rear Projection Television
Hi, I got an older magnavox big screen from a buddy yesterday that is 12 yrs old. Here is my Problem. The TV will power ON and you can hear the volume and switch channels, but the Screen is totally blank, as if the TV isn't even on. Do you know what my problem might be. I am completely dumbo when it comes to big screen repair. TY ... Tony
I have a rear projection Magnavox/Sears TV. Has been sitting in garage for 3 yrs, and was working prior to that...the model # is 62654460750. Any pointers before I use it again? thanks

If your tv is a Projection, the light's may have went out, considering it is a 12 year old projection tv. If it is CRT (the extremely heavy fat ones) the Cathode Tubes may have went out.

Hi, I am having the same exact issue with mine. Although, it is only about 2 yrs old. We are still trying to find out what is wrong with it.
