Hello. I own an Edirol UA 25 Sound Card. I'm trying to install it in my new computer but it does not work. It is a PC Windows Vista version.
Do I have to request for a new CD to install it or there is any solution online?
Thank you very much,
Jesus Sosa

This could be a software/driver conflict from something you recently installed 4 weeks ago. I would see if there's an updated version of the driver to fix the issue. If not, retrace your steps and see if you possibly installed anything that could be causing the conflict.

make sure, if you are using windows you have the right sound card settings (control panel->audio and sound devices or however) as mentioned in the manual. Also, using sonar LE make sure to have correct settings (options->audio settings). i had trouble with playback too but now everything's working fine. in my sonar settings i use the ASIO driver mode, and mark 'share with other programs'. make sure the right sound card is selected too (options->audio->drivers) and then it sould appear in the advanced window (as for the playback and the record timing master). other possible solutions might be in the options-> midi devices window, though i doubt that. I hope this can be helpfull. Good luck! btw, any solutions on how to NOT get the registration window on the startup?

I had the same problem. When I installed the Edirol software it prompted to 'reboot' and when it restarted all the lights on the Edirol came on.
Why don't you try it like that.
Hook up the Edirol
Install the software
Reboot
Best of luck
