The fan is still working, but there is no heat. The grill still works too.
I have tried turning it off at the mains and re-setting the clock, but nothing appears to be working? Could it be the element? If so, how do i go about getting one?
Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi.
Yes ,it is the element.
You need to remove the panel at the rear of the oven, this will give you access to the element.
Good luck

SOURCE: Have had 4 Neff oven elements in 2 years.
As barkencoa says, cheap elements from ebay etc don't last long. I proved this myself when my Neff B1320 fan element blew. I replaced it with one for about £10 from ebay. It lasted about 11 months. Last replacement I fitted was from Currys Partmaster. So far it's ok after 6 months.

If the fan is working o/k, then the element is faulty, or it is not getting power to it, you need to test with a meter for a supply to it.
SOURCE: all oven grill and fan elements dead
The oven will not warm if the clock is not set as the main oven is directly linked to it. You may want to check your wiring to the element you have changed as all elements use the same neutral path, meaning if you missed a wire off (especially if you pulled it out through the oven cavity) or have put them on the wrong tab it won't work. It could also be a duff element (the new one).Let me know if you need any further help.

I have exactly the same issue. Grill and fan both work but the oven does not get hot. I have reset the clock and all the settings but still no joy. Could it be the element?
