My phone fell down, then I have to soft reset the phone, the screen comes to input password, I type the correct password, but it is said you have type incorrect password !?!? the hint showed up ... I entered the right password, but keep saying type incorrect password. now the device response time gets longer. how to clear the memory then ? Based on page 92 manual user book ? I do not want to hard reset as I do not have back up, and many data inside will be lost.

You was try to ask puk pin to your provider ? Please, you try to call your provider to ask puk pin.
