Did you recently move the fridge? One possibility is that the supply line in the back of the fridge is kinked. Usually it is coiled so you can move the fridge out and back damage but if it gets kinked, it would limit the water supply like a hose does when kinked. Also, the supply line is usually tapped from under the sink. Make sure the valve that supplies the line (usually 1/4 inch line) is fully opened. If that fails to help, then you're back to the solenoid valve for water that is not fully opening. Should give a solid clunk when actuated. G
my kenmore did the same thing, It had a duel water solenoid on it and one that let water into the door water dispenser went bad. also my ice cube started to get smaller, the rubber in the other side of the water solenoid was dry rotting and eventually ruined the ice maker. I replaced the duel solenoid and ice maker and had no more problems. The solenoid is on the back of the fridge, it is what the main water supply connects to.
Most of the time it is the half of the dual water control valve on rear of refrigerator. The part number Click Here=> WR57X10032 Usually the coil on that side will go bad before buttons or controls. You can test that side by setting a test meter on AC voltage and you should read 120 volts while someone presses dispense water on front. There are two sides one plugs into icemaker side and other water dispenser. When replaced they both come as a kit.
