Ive had my sony pulse headset for two weeks now and its worked perfect till 4 Days ago. i play red dead redemption alot online and i can hear the game, just not the peopl online. ive tried every sound setting possible. people say they can hear me but i cant hear them. whats going on!

listen to the sound,there is a disconnect beep,when i play i push the side button till i here a beep if u here 2 that means disconect if 1 beep connect.check to make sure it works.

1-turn off game console..............2-disconnect router for 20 seconds then reconnect............3-turn on game console..............4-go to setting click on network setting.................5-go to internet connection and press X and disable the connection wait 10 seconds and renable the connection and cod4 should work fine on line.............................

try a hard reset press and hold the power button for 5 seconds this will reset it too factory (only the settings you wont lose game save data) see if that helps

Please check your connection to the Internet from your PS3. Many times, when a lot users are playing the same online games, they will be turned away, lose connectivity, or not be able to log in. Again the main reason for this is there is A lot OF ONLINE TRAFFIC to that same site. Many times, a paying member may receive a dedicated connection to the online game site so that they do not experience getting booted off the network. Last, ensure to check your internet connection at home by removing power from the router, and restarting both your pc systems as well as your PS3. Once you do this, you will reset the system in order to REQUEST A NEW IP ADDRESS for your internet service provider. it sounds like a version conflict to me ie a NTSC copy of the game with a pal PS3 or visa versa.

Perhaps checking the video setting and game settings under "settings" in the home menu might help.
