I buy it from someone online and when I cut it on username and password pop up and I can't get on
You're going to need a bootable disk that came with the machine (or a version of the Mac OS that you know will run on it). You should do a complete custom install, including erasing the original disk.
I think you're going to need Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5) or earlier to get started. You can look for a disk on the internet, or see if you can get one from Apple (try the support forums at apple.com). A G4 is a PowerPC-based machine and isn't supported by the recent OS X versions, which require an Intel-based processor.

SOURCE: Broken connector power on/off on the motherboard
I can't say i can give you the schematic diagram of the logic board but i can tell you that since the board isn't one solid board like PC's and instead is multiple boards connected by flat ribbon cables you might be able to just replace that section of the iBook. So with that said, if you go to ifixit.com you can find most of Apple's portables solutions and parts there. They can also provide you with the exact step by step instructions on how to replace or install new/refurbished parts.
SOURCE: Apple iBook G4 Track Pad (Mouse) not funtioning
I think the first thing you should do is make all updates. I know that in some versions of the iBook G4, the trackpad does not work after installing OS X 10.4 (Tiger) before you do the updates. Update your OS X first. secondly, does the button work? Does the trackpad show up in the System Preferences menu? (under keyboard and mouse). It's very unlikely that the trackpad came unhooked unless someone has opened up your computer. If they have, there is a really good chance that they didn't plug it back in, because it's a hassle and easy to forget.
