Go here for help. http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support-downloads You can more than likely download the installation software. If you bought this web cam new, I would take it back and ask for a CD in English.

select you model, then d/l and install the software.

How do you get the 1.3 megapixel web cam to work

If you bought a new 1.3 mega web cam with that a driver cd is available. If you have the driver cd install it first. here is install steps.

unplug the web cam if you connected to the system
Put the web cam driver cd into the cd drive and install the driver software.
In the installation it will ask you to connect the web cam to the system and connect it (Only it ask to connect)
After that you can see the image on the web cam software.
Adjust the lens which is comfortable to see.

These are intial steps to work the web cam just try it and inform me if you get any other thing

Can't set up my web cam i need some help

Do you know the model number of your web cam? Is the computer detect a new hardware as you attach the webcam? disconnect first your webcam from PC. If you have CD utilities enclosed when you bought your webcam, then insert the disc in CD/DVD rom and install the driver.( If CD utilities not enclosed, That's the time that you force to go online. go to the website where your webcam make. search driver by inputting your cam model number. download the driver and install. ) after installing the driver, connect your cam and then let the PC Identify it. system will setup it for you.
